No Call/No shows, past 5min grace period, or cancelling OUTSIDE of the cancellation window period will result in an automatic charge of the FULL balance of service. Please book & schedule accordingly! All monies/deposits paid for ANY service/event/product are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE unless death or natural disaster occurs. Refunds are at service providers discretion. State board appearances inclement weather, medical emergencies and emergencies beyond control, are an automatic reschedule. All SAME DAY APPTS will incur an additional fee, NO EXCEPTIONS‼️All appointments booked AFTER 6pm for the following day will be considered a SAME DAY appointment as well. Please book accordingly! When rescheduling Microshading OR (touch up) appointments, balances are still due on the ORIGINAL date given at the time of your initial appointment, NOT the rescheduled date. NO EXCEPTIONS. A RESCHEDULING FEE of $25 will be automatically applied to balance. Failure to do so will result in an automatic cancellation of rescheduled appointment date/time and forfeiture of all monies paid. Microshading is done Tuesday-Thurs 8am-10pm All other brow and lash service times are 10am-6pm
